I'm working on a project to develop a nanoparticle-based drug delivery system for targeting cancer cells, but I'm struggling with achieving high loading efficiency while maintaining stability. What are the current advances in co-encapsulation techniques or hybrid systems that can help optimize this?

I've been using liposomes and polymeric nanoparticles separately, but when I try to load both a chemotherapeutic drug and a targeting agent, I face issues like premature drug release or aggregation. I'm aiming for a system that can be scaled up for preclinical studies, and I've read about some hybrid approaches but can't find practical implementation details. Any advice on recent methods or tools would be great!
