bloating - Question and answers

Hi everyone, I've recently started adding more fiber to my diet to improve digestion, including foods like beans, broccoli, and whole grains. However, I've been dealing with increased gas and bloating, which is uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm introducing it too quickly or if there's something else I should be doing. Any advice would be appreciated!
