Why is the Element Seven?,
Based on my Understanding,
The Sender encodes the message,
The Receiver decodes the message.
I don’t think Encoding and Decoding should be an element any longer because what is the essence of Sender and Receiver if they are not there to encode and decide respectively.

This is my own Point Of View,
There are six(6) Elements of Communication Process which are:
Sender, Message, Channel, Receiver, Noise and Feedback.

Noise In this instance are those elements that distort, interfere and obstruct the smooth communication between the Sender and Receiver.

I am open for any corrections please
