Costing 150,000 plus 25% invoce. 150,000 + (150,000*25%) = (150,000+37500)= 187,500*3/4= 140,625 So, Sales 176,000-140,625= 35,375 , surplus above invoice value commission will be So, 35,375 * 10% = 3,537.5 and The amount of invoce value Commission wil be 140,625*5% = 7,031.25, Then the total amount of commission will be (3,537.5 + 7,031.25) = 10,568.75 the answer is choice (C)
